Late Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a class or session, you must do so at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so may result in a late cancellation fee of £2.50.
Trial members must also provide 3 hours’ notice. Failure to cancel within this time may result in a £2.50 charge and/or termination of the trial membership.
Expiration Dates & Refunds
All purchased services have expiration dates, including:
Class passes
PT sessions
Memberships
Trial services
Gift cards
Please ensure you check the expiry date of your purchase, as expired services are non-refundable.
We operate a strict no-refund policy on all purchases unless the product is faulty.
Customers are responsible for purchasing the correct membership or pass for the correct gym location. We do not issue refunds for incorrectly purchased passes or memberships.
By purchasing any product or service, you agree to the terms and conditions listed on our website, purchase receipt, and membership contract.
Membership Contracts & Payments
When purchasing a membership or contract package, you agree to pay the full amount stated in your contract.
Members must ensure that sufficient funds are available each month for direct debit payments.
If a contract is terminated early at the member’s request, a minimum charge of 50% of the remaining contract balance may apply.
Missed direct debit payments may incur an administration fee of up to £2.50.
Trial Offers
Trial classes are available to new clients only and may only be purchased once.
Clients who attempt to purchase a trial more than once may have the trial revoked without refund.
Once a client has attended any class or PT session, they are no longer considered a new client and cannot purchase an additional intro offer.
Membership Renewals
Once your contract term expires, your membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis at the same price.
To cancel a membership after the contract term ends, you must:
Cancel via the app or website, or
Email info@morenoboxing.co.uk
Failure to cancel will result in continued monthly billing.
Membership payments are non-refundable.
Freezing Memberships
Memberships may be frozen under the following conditions:
Up to 2 weeks free of charge
Freezes longer than 2 weeks incur a £20 monthly fee
Maximum freeze period: 3 months
Membership freezes are granted at the discretion of Moreno Boxing and are only available for direct debit contract memberships.
Memberships cannot be frozen during December.
Damaged Goods & Returns
Purchased goods may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if faulty or damaged.
Where possible, items will be replaced with a new product. If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Lost Property
Moreno Boxing is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises, including items stored in lockers.
Unclaimed items may be disposed of after a reasonable period.
Injury & Liability
Boxing is a contact sport involving physical risk.
By participating in classes, sparring, or training sessions at Moreno Boxing, you acknowledge and accept the risk of injury or serious injury.
Participants agree to indemnify Moreno Fitness Limited against any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in our activities.

If you do not wish to appear in recordings, please inform your instructor before the class begins.
