BOXING FOR MUMS

Boxing for Mums at Moreno Boxing is a school-run-friendly boxing fitness class designed to help mums get fitter, stronger, and more confident in a welcoming, supportive environment. These sessions focus on boxing fundamentals, pad work, bag work, and full-body conditioning to improve strength, stamina, coordination, and stress relief. No experience is needed, and there is no sparring. Every class is coached with clear guidance, encouragement, and individual attention. Many mums attend post-pregnancy, but we recommend you have medical clearance before starting exercise. Please let the coach know so training can be adjusted.

How long is the class?

Each session lasts 60 minutes.
